Refund policy

30-DAY RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email us at help@fishingsupplyco.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions.
3. Send the item(s) back unused and in their original packaging.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we can't process returns that arrive without instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refunded if you return your entire order. Shipping protection fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order free of charge before it has shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

If you're in the EU, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Our 30-day return window includes and extends this right.
